This is a bit of a throw together smoothie so the measurements are approximate. Just leave out what you don’t like, but I think mixed altogether it is an amazing smoothie.

  • 1 tbls Sunflower Seeds
  • 1tbls Pepita Seeds
  • 2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbls Yoghurt (I like a natural but whatever is in your fridge)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Handful of Frozen Frances Strawberries
  • 2 tbls of Blueberries (optional)
  • Maple to taste (or Rice Malt Syrup)
  • 1 Cup Milk

Throw everything into a jug and use a stick blender or a stand blender or nutri bullet, whatever you have that blends!!
