This is a bit of a throw together smoothie so the measurements are approximate. Just leave out what you don’t like, but I think mixed altogether it is an amazing smoothie.
- 1 tbls Sunflower Seeds
- 1tbls Pepita Seeds
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbls Yoghurt (I like a natural but whatever is in your fridge)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Handful of Frozen Frances Strawberries
- 2 tbls of Blueberries (optional)
- Maple to taste (or Rice Malt Syrup)
- 1 Cup Milk
Throw everything into a jug and use a stick blender or a stand blender or nutri bullet, whatever you have that blends!!
